About the Centre

The Wolverhampton MS Therapy Centre is a member of the Multiple Sclerosis National Therapy Centres Charity (MSNTC) a Charity which represents individual Therapy Centres across England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, the Channel Islands and Gibraltar. These Centres provide different Therapies and Support to some 15,000 people living with Multiple Sclerosis and other life-long neurological and physical conditions, every week and help them continue to live as normal a life as possible.

Each MS Therapy Centre is an individual Charity with dedicated Staff and Volunteers and according to the facilities it offers can cost tens to hundreds of thousands of pounds or euros a year to operate. Some Centres receive funding from local NHS boards, but most, including ourselves, are reliant on donations and fundraising activities for their income. Clients of the Wolverhampton MS Therapy Centre can choose one or a selection of different Therapies to manage their own condition and symptoms in a way which works best for them.

Our Centre works on a self-referral basis. This means that you do not need to be referred by a healthcare professional in order to access treatments and services, although we may ask and advise you to notify your GP of which Therapies you are accessing, for information purposes.
